Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain products such as perishable goods, personal care items, and opened consumables cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
